i found the location quite convenient. it was near the accademia bridge (making it easy to reach san marco) and close to vaporetto stops. the breakfast had a good selection of items.
my room's bathroom felt poorly designed. the shower stall was tight, with a curtain enclosure. the staff member at the front desk was not very sympathetic when my sister needed assistance.

I appreciated the hotel's location, as it was tucked away from the crowded tourist areas. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, I could sit on the outdoor terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, they gave restaurant suggestions. This was helpful. I had a luxurious bathroom complete with a bathtub.
The room had a strange piece of furniture that held a TV and some pull drawers. These were a little hard to use.

The hotel has two water taxi stops nearby. These provide access to different routes. The building is well maintained, it gives a sense of quality. The hotel also provided tickets to the Guggenheim museum.
