charming stay in a prime location
great location helpful staff easy check-in
I found the location convenient near the vaporetto stop and major landmarks. the hotel has an elevator. This helped a lot with our luggage. the staff was great and checking in early was very easy, which i appreciated after a long journey.
the air conditioning seemed to struggle a little, but that's all.

The staff helped me promptly. They provided assistance whenever i needed it. early check-in was available and accommodated without any issues, a plus after a long flight and i was grateful for that.

The hotel is very close to a waterbus station. That allowed easy access to other areas. it's near san marco plaza and the doge's palace. the proximity to main attractions saved time and energy.

breakfast included several choices of sliced meats and one cheese. hard-boiled eggs and dry cereals formed part of the spread as well. bread with jams was provided and sweet pastries were available.

The hotel includes a functional elevator, simplifying luggage transport to upper floors. the rooms were cleaned every day. This maintained a fresh atmosphere. wifi was available throughout the premises.

breakfast option helpful staff convenient location
the BREAKFAST was good and had several options available. i found the staff to be helpful and efficient. the location near the San Zaccaria ferry stop proved very convenient.

balanced experience
excellent location early check-in friendly staff faulty pad broken shower head climbing temperature
the location was excellent. it was just a few steps from the boat terminal. it was also very close to a main square. the staff were friendly. they arranged an early check-in for me.
the air conditioning was not working. i asked to have it fixed, but the room temperature kept climbing. it reached 26c in two days. the main shower head in the shower was also not working. i could not reduce the temperature as the electronic pad was faulty.
