The hotel is very close to many points of interest. It was also easy to reach the airport. I found the staff helpful and they gave great directions. The room design matched the city style. I thought the bathroom was clean. The hotel sent me good instructions to find the place. I liked the water dispenser in reception. The hotel took care of my luggage, this allowed me to see the city.
I noticed the receptionist was not always there in the evening.

the staff provided clear directions before my arrival. the rooms were very clean. the hotel's location is near airport transfers and piazza san marco. i found a vibrant square with restaurants a short walk away.
My room was a bit too small. It would better suit someone with minimal luggage.

the staff is friendly. they provide easy guidance to find the hotel. they were accommodating. staff entered the room for cleaning after knocking once.

The location was acceptable and the room was clean.
The single room I occupied was small. It would only suit a person with very little luggage. Two flights of stairs were a struggle. There were minimal bathroom essentials provided which was disappointing.
