Excellent Hotel with Central Location

The room had plenty of space, and it was clean. The bed and pillows provided great comfort (I slept soundly). I found the hotel centrally located, and the staff was willing to assist with any requests. The hotel also had a good parking arrangement.
I found the air conditioning system to be lacking in functionality, so the room was warmer than preferred.

The gym contains treadmills and stationary bikes, providing options for cardio. The pool area features plenty of loungers and a dedicated hot tub section. There are also steam room and shower facilities adjacent to the pool.

the room was lovely and spacious and very clean (a basic requirement, i think).
the heating decided to take a vacation . i called reception, and they suggested i lower the thermostat. unsurprisingly, that did nothing. i expected a bit more warmth, and perhaps a bit more proactive customer service.

the staff was helpful. I enjoyed the nice pool with the outside deck area. The dining room is lovely.
The bar food was too expensive for what it was. SPA facilities are a little run down. I noticed the hot tub not working. The steam room had loose and missing tiles all over.

I found the gym to be fantastic across two floors. It had every piece of equipment needed for a comprehensive workout. I enjoyed the nice pool and spa area for relaxation. The provision for disabled people was really good and the staff were very accommodating, ensuring nothing was too difficult.
I noticed the room carpet looked not fitted correctly. It had a crease in the middle of the floor.

Staff provided a very efficient welcome. The reception staff was helpful and attentive to my needs. The duty manager and personal trainer showed wonderful care and ensured a nice stay.

The rooms had comfy, huge beds and a clean setting. A bar and restaurant are available. I used the complimentary pool. The steam room was a nice extra.
The air con wasn't up to the job of heating the large room in early January.

Staff assisted with extra bed request for my son. Special things were left for us and my son's birthday. This touch was lovely. I felt grateful for the care.
