the staff were very friendly and helpful . i liked the room, it was tucked away in a quiet area (it was very peaceful). i found the location good for my needs. the room was clean and warm, which i appreciated after a long day.
The water in the shower was variable. It was too hot, then too cold, so i was not able to shower properly.

the room was clean and tidy. staff presented themselves very well and were helpful. i found good parking facilities near the building. the bathroom has been tastefully refurbished with a shower.
i noticed that the hotel needs a little more attention to detail, specifically with a lick of paint.

I found the staff quite cute and helpful. My bed was super comfortable, and i got good sleep. i also appreciated bedside usb ports and power points. They were useful for charging my devices. it's only a small thing but i had problems with the tv remote.
i noticed there was no wardrobe or rail to hang clothes in the room, so i was unable to hang my suits up. the water in the shower was variable, too hot, then too cold. i was unable to shower properly as a result.

The staff provided fantastic service. the rooms included everything i needed and were very clean. location had sufficient parking. the room was an extension to the building, set away from the pub area. It was quieter. the staff were very attentive!!

The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly. I could park right outside my room. The food was delicious in the pub. It really is a great benefit. I would stay here again if i am in the area. The tv had netflix. It was handy.
The toilet was not as clean as it could have been. I noticed this small detail upon arrival. The kettle also needed a better cleaning. This was a minor issue overall though.
