The location is convenient near the train station. This made transporting luggage much easier. the rooftop bar provided nice views while i had a drink. i found the staff very helpful, especially with carrying my bags. a warm radiator in the bathroom was also a plus given the weather.
The key system was a bit old. I had to leave and collect the keys from the desk each time i returned.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station. breakfast had a good selection. the front desk staff were very friendly, especially luca and alesso. Their professionalism is to be commended. i received clear instructions a few days prior to checking in, detailing how to find the hotel.

the reception staff was efficient and helpful. i called regarding my inability to arrive on the scheduled day, and they efficiently managed the situation. the staff are great, from the butlers to the breakfast attendants.

The staff displayed professional and cute service. The location proved GREAT because it was close to everything yet avoided large crowds. I especially appreciate the hotel keeping our bags on departure day until we needed to catch the bus to the airport. This was quite helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant gave a FANTASTIC experience.
The breakfast area had some food splatter on the wall, it was a minor detail though.

the hotel's location impressed me. it was near santa lucia station (a short walk). the rooftop bar offered an amazing grand canal view.
the room's temperature control was not working. it was hot (i could barely wear clothes).
