the helpful front desk staff assisted me with directions. my room, a classic double or twin room, had a very nice shower. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to a canal for easy boat access.

wow, just wow! i'm obsessed!
hot food selectioncomfortable beddecent space
okay, so the breakfast rocked! they have tons of hot food, breads, and pastries i devoured. i stayed in a beautiful double room and it was huge and the bed was super comfy. plus, i could walk super easily to doge palace and st marks basilica!

The location is convenient, situated a short walk from a vaporetto stop.
The lack of attention to detail was evident. The bathroom had peeling paint and the toilet buttons were broken. The shower featured only a curtain, not the glass door as advertised for a room costing 500 euros per night..

the hotel's location near actv stops was convenient. fantastic views were right outside the door. i found the rooms nice. the breakfast had many options.
The room lacked drawers. Small table tops made storage difficult.

the staff was super helpful with taxi orders. staff also provided recommendations for activities. all employees were pleasant.

the hotel offered complimentary service to murano, i had not expected to visit. the hotel is close to the alilaguna stop, this provides transport to marco polo airport. the barman knew his cocktails and created custom variations.

the breakfast coffee was superior. sparkling wine was also an option. the hotel breakfast was good. there were plenty of options for everyone (especially the pancakes!).

the rooms had large windows and chromotherapy in the bathroom. the classic double room was adequate. the bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. the bed was firm and comfortable.

the location is close to zattare stop coming from the train station santa maria. the hotel is in a slightly quieter area, yet close to everything. it is a short walk to the main attractions.
