Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted

shuttle feefaulty air conditioning

The hotel charged a daily fee for the shuttle service, even though i didn't use it. this felt unfair and added unnecessary cost. also, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly. It kept shutting off, it made the room uncomfortable at times. i reported it, but the issue wasn't resolved !

the complimentary water taxi was useful i appreciated being out of the main area the rooftop bar had good drinks. breakfast choices were abundant the staff was attentive.

i found no clock in the room pillows were quite firm with no softer alternatives.
