The complimentary water transport felt so very romantic, a gentle glide that transported me. Breakfast offered a selection of delights with really good quality. The rooftop bar presented views where the water met the dreamy skyline.
The minibar fridge looked tired, it did not cool as it should. Room service had limited hours. Food was not available after midnight. I found the gym uncomfortably small, with only three treadmills.

fantastic stay
peaceful location convenient shuttle generous upgrade
the location provided a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. a convenient shuttle service made city access simple i appreciated the upgraded room i received upon arrival, it was a generous and welcome surprise the rooftop pool and bar offered fine skyline views i found it relaxing to unwind there after a busy day.
i noticed the spa services seemed expensive compared to similar establishments i think offering slightly more competitive pricing could improve guest experience

my beautiful king room was very spacious and well-kept this included separate sinks and a rainfall shower there was a tv with several channels i appreciated the clean towels.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues noted
shuttle fee faulty air conditioning
The hotel charged a daily fee for the shuttle service, even though i didn't use it. this felt unfair and added unnecessary cost. also, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly. It kept shutting off, it made the room uncomfortable at times. i reported it, but the issue wasn't resolved !

useful taxi abundant breakfast
the complimentary water taxi was useful i appreciated being out of the main area the rooftop bar had good drinks. breakfast choices were abundant the staff was attentive.
i found no clock in the room pillows were quite firm with no softer alternatives.
