The room included a large tv. a fridge had drinks and snacks available for purchase. i found tea and coffee provided. the walk-in shower offered plenty of soap and conditioner. Soft warm towels were on the warm towel rail.
the website about breakfast timings seemed confusing. staff did not seem to know the correct timings, i felt. the situation was like a complete shambles.

Superb Stay Near Highclere!

I found the staff friendly. The rooms feature great amenities like a stocked fridge, snacks, and a coffee maker. The toiletries provided felt high quality and beds ensured rest. The Sunday night menu offered a great choice of dishes and Yorkshire puddings that were enormous.
I experienced a small issue with noise from the nearby A34. This intrusion slightly impacted my otherwise peaceful stay. the secondary glazing minimized the impact. It is worth noting for light sleepers.

The location is amazing. It is a short drive from Highclere Castle. This proximity made visiting the castle easy and convenient. I also noted ample parking space on the premises, a great bonus.

I must say, the restaurant served excellent food. The pub warmly welcomed all members of my group, a big plus. The breakfast had numerous great choices and everything tasted fresh. The eggs benedict was excellent.

ineffective fantraffic noise
I encountered problems with the room. The provided fan was not effective. It was far too small to cool the space adequately. I had to buy a larger fan to make the room bearable at night. This indicates a lack of proper preparation for warmer weather. the traffic noise from the nearby A34 was quite noticeable with the windows open.
