small room inattentive staff
the room was quite small, i must say. also, the staff seemed more occupied with themselves than assisting guests (it was almost comical). i think i even saw one employee engrossed in some sort of mobile game behind the desk.

The hotel provided daily room service. The 24-hour reception was very helpful. I found the beds comfortable after long days.
The staff was not consistently friendly . I was also surprised to find the ice machine located only in the basement. These inconveniences were not ideal.

the location allowed for quick trips to various places. the room was clean daily and provided fresh towels. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere considering its central location. the facilities included a shop for necessities plus a fitness center.

the staff in the coffee bar were very nice. housekeeping was effective at keeping the room tidy. they provided fresh towels daily and ensured the room was clean upon return each day.
