A Magical Family Getaway!!!
fantastic location child activities super facilities family safety
i found the location fantastic. The site offered lots for the children, a feature i greatly appreciated. Facilities were also super and kept very clean. i felt safe with my family.
The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner.

clean tent perfect service
The beautiful bell tent was clean. It was very comfortable! We enjoyed every activity we booked for the next day. The customer service was perfect.
The kitchen wasn't great though the toilets were not good

filthy kitchen no soap
The beds were quite comfortable that was acceptable.
The kitchen was filthy I found that unacceptable. The toilets lacked proper maintenance. There was no soap. I expect these essential facilities to be clean and functional.

Excellent Glamping Experience
friendly staff clean pod safe site
The staff were friendly and approachable. (I really appreciate their help) The pod was excellent and clean. We booked onto a few activities and loved every minute. i enjoyed keeping the bikes for a full 24 hours. my son is autistic and likes to wander. With the site being so big I felt he was safe to let him lead from a distance.

Acceptable, but with some issues
dirty kitchen poor toilet maintenance
The provided activities for the kids kept them occupied.
The kitchen area was not clean. The toilets also were not well-kept. It affected my overall experience. I expected better hygiene.

Wonderful Glamping Experience
birthday banner helpful staff
The happy birthday banner and balloons added a nice touch for my son's birthday. A helpful staff member provided a stone for cooking in a sheltered area. I was very grateful for that. Fairy lights decorated the door, and everything needed was available on site.
The noise from other guests went on quite late. I wished there had been intervention to reduce the loud music after 11 pm. Showering together became a bit unsettling for my autistic teenager.

Staff members were very approachable and friendly, offering prompt email replies. Activity staff were super happy and also friendly. The availability of staff contributed to a very positive stay.

The car park's proximity to the tents was quite convenient. This eased our carrying of luggage. The site felt safe, enabling my child to explore freely. There was a lot of open space available for children to play.

The site included a glitchen, a playpark, bell tents, and a heater inside each tent. A picnic table sat beside the tent, coupled with a fire pit. Football nets in front of the tents allowed the boys to socialize and play.
