the breakfast was delicious. i had no trouble checking in, it was easy. the staff were very helpful and cute .
The advertisement suggested there was parking, but this was inaccurate. the nearby pub was rowdy, so opening my window resulted in noise and smoke. the bathroom walls had water stains. I found this unpleasant.

The location is a short walk from the train station. This made access very easy. Our room was spacious and clean, complete with a refurbished bathroom. We found a table and chairs inside the room, great for relaxed moments with tea.
The breakfast did not meet expectations. The bread seemed stale, and the pancakes were stuck together. Toast portions at breakfast were limited, with insufficient slices provided initially.
