the reception staff were really helpful and friendly . i appreciated the breakfast buffet, it had many choices. my room had good air conditioning and comfortable beds.
the room decor felt outdated and tired, it could use updating.

i found the location excellent, it was very near the historic part. it was a short walk to the cathedral, shops, and plaza. reaching tourist spots like les artes and ciencas museo was easy with the bus (i liked that).
the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations from the room next door (they were not loud).

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the next room. the bathroom showed signs of wear, especially the grout. the provided key was broken WHICH raised a safety concern.
