charming stay with small hiccups
helpful staff breakfast buffet comfortable beds
the reception staff were really helpful and friendly . i appreciated the breakfast buffet, it had many choices. my room had good air conditioning and comfortable beds.
the room decor felt outdated and tired, it could use updating.

The location was acceptable for my purposes.
The room proved excessively noisy. I heard water pipes clanging whenever nearby rooms utilized water. The provided television lacked options. No English channels are present.

helpful staff convenient location decent breakfast thin walls worn bathroom broken key
the staff were helpful. the location IS convenient and close to the historic centre. breakfast had a decent selection of items to choose from.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the next room. the bathroom showed signs of wear, especially the grout. the provided key was broken WHICH raised a safety concern.
