charming stay in the heart of it all
helpful staff
i found the staff helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations (it really helped me navigate the area!). the hotel's location made it easy to explore many central sites. i really appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was .

breakfast had limited options, though the ability to order eggs prepared to my liking added a really lovely touch, with hot service. the breakfast buffet is located in the sister hotel, very easy to reach.

the double or twin room interior view included a quiet ceiling fan above the bed, a detail that helped me sleep well. air conditioning was also available, and it provided an alternative for maintaining a comfortable temperature. rooms were cozy.

the staff was super helpful. i appreciated the coffee and water available all day in the reception. the rooftop pool had really good views of the giralda, we loved it! i'd recommend going up both during the day and at night.
The room was small for the price. also the location of the room was next to the lobby with a window to the lobby. we had to keep the curtains closed. Otherwise everyone could look directly into the room, it was annoying.

the staff was amazing. they provided helpful tips to ensure a comfortable stay. the hotel is in the heart of the historical center. it is a few minutes' walk from many attractions.
the wi-fi was slow in the room. it made streaming videos difficult. i had to go to the lobby to get a strong signal.

The staff was always available and helpful . the hotel's location allowed easy access to many sites. It was a quick walk. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and water offered in the lobby. the rooftop pool offered a nice break during the warmer times of the day.
