adequate stay, but issues noticed
on-site parkingloud hvac systemuncomfortable night
the location was outside the city center, yet still walkable. parking on-site was also quite convenient.
unfortunately, the room's hvac system was unbearably loud (even on the lowest setting). it worsened over time as it started to rattle. i had to switch it off while sleeping, resulting in an uncomfortable night. i can't imagine what it would be like during the summer months.

this hotel rocks! the staff was super friendly, especially eleanor, the manager. breakfast had so many options and the service was great. my room was super clean and the bed felt amazing. plus, parking was easy peasy.

the hotel stands a short, fifteen-minute walk from the city center, a great plus. upscale shops and restaurants dot the area with many options. exploring becomes very simple because of its position.

my junior suite included a big, wide bed with comfortable mattress. the air conditioning works wonders against the heat outside. the new, clean, bright room includes all the things one can expect.

underground parking is available, so useful if you drive, yet space should be reserved. the hotel had a good breakfast buffet, so much to pick. leaving luggage is an option, so you can discover without luggage.

The staff speaks english, spanish, and german. Perfect for many. the team smiles and greets guests. they also give advice when you check in, very helpful indeed.

the hotel location is amazing. walking distance to all attractions in town is easy. a lovely pedestrian street with shops and cafes sits meters from the hotel. i found a trendy and vibrant district and the river nearby.
the room hvac system was very loud. even on the lowest fan setting it was disturbing. the rattling got worse when running it. i turned it off while sleeping. it was not a comfortable sleep.

the staff are ready to help with any need that may arise. they provide assistance and attention. the front desk helps find taxis and holds umbrellas during rain.

the hotel is near a pedestrian street with many cafes. onsite parking was full so we received instructions to a nearby underground lot. this lot was a short drive and walk away.

faulty air conditioningmissing snack
the air conditioning barely worked and the bathroom had no window. the room was small and the minibar was empty. i found no bottle opener in the room either. the limited bar selection included only salty snacks, missing olives.
