rooftop barhelpful staff
The rooftop bar provided beautiful views. We loved the view. the staff were helpful and very friendly. the hotel's location was excellent. It was moments away from the main attractions.
the hairdryer was quite old and switched off after a few minutes.

the room was quite dark. i needed constant lighting. it didn't match any of the photos i saw beforehand. breakfast service was in a nearby tavern, which seemed overwhelmed. dirty dishes piled up, even near the coffee and toaster.

The room felt small, especially for the price paid. noise from the rooftop bar persisted until late into the night, disrupting sleep. the promised view from the room never materialized. It faced a wall.

charming hotel stay

i liked the historical interior. it included modern facilities. the night staff communicated well with the morning staff. they really helped with our needs. the location was great once i was there. it was a stone's throw from the cathedral and the real alcazar.
the trash can in the room was broken. you could not make coffee or tea without a water burner. the room lacked sound insulation. it was not suitable for tourists who sleep poorly.
