Uneven Stay with Some Issues
poor room servicedisposable slippers
My room felt COLD. The hotel says they care about sustainability, so I couldn't adjust the air conditioning to make it cooler. I also noticed that standard rooms are the same size as premium rooms. Premium rooms cost MORE. Why? They give you bathrobes and 'disposable slippers'. A hotel that claims to care about 'sustainability' won't let you control the temperature but sells disposable slippers. IT is ironic.

The staff were helpful. They offered directions and answered questions. the location was convenient. It was near public transport. the room was clean and had large windows that let in lots of light.
The room lacked air conditioning, and it was quite warm. the sink drained slowly. I had to wait a while after each use. the hallway noise was noticeable. I could hear people talking and walking past my door.

check in was speedy and efficient. the staff were friendly, especially at the front desk. my room and common areas were maintained very clean. i felt welcomed throughout my stay.
the hotel had no air conditioning and the room felt stuffy. a small window offered limited ventilation. this affected my experience, especially with warmer weather outside.
