wonderful hotel stay!
helpful doorman comfortable sofa helpful map powerful shower
the doorman greeted us and offered drinks upon arrival. check-in happened while seated on a comfortable sofa chair, quite nice. the hotel provided a map with helpful tips about the area. the room offered a powerful overhead shower (i found it great after a long day).
the room cleaning was not thorough. i noticed wrappers and tags remained on the floor after the service. i mentioned it, but nothing changed.

The hotel is near a tram stop. This made getting around very easy. I found the staff to be helpful. The room was quiet. The hotel website helped me plan my trip. This was definitely a plus.
The hotel gym is quite small. I think 'fitness centre' is too generous a description.

the staff were friendly and professional, but that was about it.
the room had an unpleasant odor, honestly. the hotel stated toiletries were not provided for environmental reasons, but it seemed like a cost-cutting measure. breakfast was just okay, very simple and lacking attention to detail!!!

The staff was very helpful. My room was a good size for Europe. A welcome drink was available upon arrival.
The gym should not be advertised as a fitness center. It contained only four old cardio machines. There was a very small set of dumbbells. The description of the gym is very deceiving.

I found the staff cute and helpful. The hotel provided a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival, a kind gesture I appreciated. The room was comfortable. I had a wheelchair accessible room, and I noted the bathroom design. Some maintenance is needed, as water tended to flood the floor.
The room cleaning seemed a bit rushed. I found some wrappers and tags on the floor, and there were spider webs on the window sills. I mentioned it to the receptionist, but no immediate action was taken.
