i found the shuttle service very useful it ran frequently to and from the airport. the staff at the front desk provided excellent guest service assisting with all my inquiries quickly. i liked the self service shop in the lobby it had a great selection of food and drinks available. the hotel also features good facilities available for all guests.
This unexpected inconvenience slightly affected my overall experience.

the breakfast offered many options and the coffee selection included multiple varieties to suit different tastes. the on-site restaurant menu offered quick service and tasty meals well presented . a convenient self-service mini store offered a wide range of snacks, sandwiches, and beverages for purchase.

the hotel's location offered convenient access to the airport via a frequent shuttle bus service. this bus service operated from early morning offering transport for early flights. the hotel's proximity allowed quick and easy transfers without needing taxis.

the breakfast had great vegetarian options. the room was spacious. the king bed was comfortable. connecting my youtube through google chrome to the tv was simple (a real plus!).
the hotel charges a small fee for the shuttle to the airport.

unfriendly staffshuttle schedule
i had a terrible experience at this hotel the airport shuttle only starts at 6 am that was frustrating i needed to be at the airport for 5 am the check in person wasn't very friendly either and i found them unhelpful when i asked about taxi services i felt they sounded agitated and the phone was put down on me this really upset me the staff attitude needs improving i don't know if i will stay here again
