The hotel is indeed very close to the airport. Walking there only took about ten minutes with hand luggage. nearby, I found two good restaurants within a short walk. The hotel also offers a shuttle for a few euros, which I recommend if you have large luggage.
the check-in process was slow, there was a wait of over 20 minutes. this happened even though only a small group was ahead of me. It was nearly midnight, so the delay was frustrating

the room was very clean and a good size. it is about 5 minutes walking to the airport, i was charmed by it.
The hotel walls were isolated but i could hear everything happening in the corridor! the rooms seemed poorly isolated. It was annoying.

The rooms were quite basic. the decor felt a little old and lacked any real atmosphere. i also found it strange no one answered the phone at reception when i tried to call. It was really inconvenient, the shower had an unpleasant smell and i didn't find it fresh.
