a decent stay , but some changes noted
convenient location friendly staff tasty breakfast food option coffee absence water absence
the location was convenient , within walking distance to attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. a snack room offered fun snacks and drinks that were included. breakfast was tasty.
food options had changed compared to my previous visits . i was not informed about these changes before my stay , which affected my budget. there was no coffee or hot water maker in the room , which was inconvenient.

sizeable desk nearby cafes
i booked a beautiful king room. The room included a sizeable desk space i used to catch up with some work. i also noticed several nearby cafes, made getting a quick breakfast convenient.
the cleanliness in the room need some work. i SAW some sweets left on the floor. they should focus on this aspect

fantastic location soft drinks
the location is fantastic! i found the proximity to las ramblas street convenient. free snacks and soft drinks in the lobby area were a real treat, great sitting area.

morning coffee coffee maker
I was pretty annoyed that coffee wasn't free in the morning unless I paid extra for breakfast. Paying almost a thousand for three nights, I EXPECTED coffee to be available. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room (a serious oversight for a hotel in this price range). They did offer free pastries in the afternoon, BUT that hardly makes up for a fresh morning cup of coffee.

helpful staff lovely terrace
The staff assisted with bags to the street corner securing my Uber. The hotel is central. A brief walk is all it takes. I appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks available all day long. The rooftop terrace was nice. I found this particularly charming.
The gym equipment could use an upgrade.
