acceptable stay, but with issues
loud noise basement room
The location was great. I could walk to nearby restaurants.
I was shocked by the noise coming from what i suspect was the generator. Doors were shaking. maintenance said the room was above the ac system, and some guests find it unacceptable. I should have asked for a room change. that night i found myself at reception, who gave me a basement room, then in the morning i had to speak to staff to explain everything again. moving rooms twice in a four night stay was not fun at all

mixed experience with some issues
lower level room constant noise
The room i was initially given felt subpar. the noise from an adjacent service room was constant. I kept hearing weird plumbing sounds all night. the front desk didn't even ask about my experience at checkout, and i was told this was standard for my corporate contract, frustrating.

clean room thoughtful details complimentary bikes
The room had thoughtful details everywhere. It was very clean also. Housekeeping team did an excellent job daily. The hotel provides complimentary bikes for rides along the water. It was a nice plus.
The restaurant was a little slow when it was not full.
