The staff was very friendly and helpful. i had a room with enough space for luggage. the gym included clean equipment and sweat towels. i used the frequent shuttle tram to go to universal city. I felt safe.
the minifying mirror was hard to use because of the distance to the edge of the counter. this affected using it well.

The hotel is very close to universal. It even has a free shuttle that runs every hour. many points of interest are within walking distance. the metro is nearby. It takes you to the walk of fame in a couple stops.

my room had modern amenities, like a steamer, and the bed was comfy. the room included a coffee machine and refrigerator. it was comfortable, clean, and of good size, with great space for luggage and clothes.

The front yard restaurant is good. The food ordered was very nice. they offer breakfast at the restaurant. i find the breakfast to be very nice. The restaurant offers good service.

The pool area is very nice, and there are activities for kids. the gym is clean and has good equipment with sweat towels. there is access to water and ice on each floor. the hotel has hot tubs. There is an adult only one.

i liked the complimentary trolley to universal. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the hotel shop had a good selection of souvenirs and snacks. the pool area was clean and well maintained.
the freeway noise was noticeable from my room. the restaurant prices were a little high for breakfast.
