i stayed in an ultra villa king bed. the villa featured bold colors and artwork i found striking.
the absence of slippers in the room was a slight inconvenience! though the shower was great.

fine ground delicious food warm reception dated room insect problem missing air conditioning
the grounds are fine with trails, waterfalls, and flowers EVERYWHERE!!! the food was fresh and delicious. karla at reception was so warm and helpful. the open air design allowed a full connection with nature.
the room felt dated with older bedding. i found that insects were a problem in the room. i discovered the lack of air conditioning impacted my rest.

helpful staff lovely grounds nice pools longer stay
I stayed only two nights, but i wish i had booked a longer stay. the staff was genuinely helpful when i needed assistance with the car rental formalities. the hotel grounds were lovely with nice pools. I would have liked more time to explore.
i found the meals somewhat pricey at the restaurant. this was a minor issue.

the hotel has multiple pools to enjoy and they are maintained daily. there are walking trails with waterfalls and a spa that offers several treatments. the gardens include organic produce for the restaurant.

a haven of beauty and peace
gorgeous view friendly staff magical ground
i enjoyed the best massage i have ever experienced, complete with a fine view! the restaurant had friendly staff, and the snacks were a sweet touch. the grounds were safe and magical, just a short distance from the airport though it felt worlds away.
The lack of air conditioning was noticeable though the cool nights made it manageable. The room could benefit from this amenity during warmer periods.

The restaurant featured excellent views. Its atmosphere was cute, and it had a wide variety of foods. the service was attentive. Though the restaurant could occasionally be busy, the waitstaff made every effort to attend to guests needs.
