rainforest trails hot springs sloth sightings
The trails on the hotel allowed for exploration. The hot springs provided relaxation. I saw sloths near my bungalow!
The restaurant prices seemed a bit high.

decent stay, some minor issues
peaceful grounds delicious breakfast breakfast menu unwelcoming staff snake concern delayed assistance
the grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. breakfast was delicious, it came from a menu instead of a buffet. it did take a while to get the food. i would plan at least an hour for breakfast.
the evening staff was not very cute. i asked a staff member to check the room for snakes. this staff member was not friendly at all. i called reception for help fixing the door, but no one came after waiting an hour.

hot spring pool fun creek baby sloth
i thought the hot spring pools felt great. also, swimming in the creek was really fun. the naturalist gave perfect tours. i saw a baby sloth at night.
the resort sometimes books outside excursions and don't promote the amenities on the hotel enough.
