vague instructions rude conversation
the room had a fridge stocked with water and refreshments i guess that's a thing.
finding parking was a total disaster. directions to the otenco parking lot involved vague instructions i couldn't follow. the support person was unhelpful and i don't appreciate rude conversations.

The hotel is located very centrally. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable. The lobby offered a complimentary espresso machine. Made good drinks.
The room was very small. This was an issue for luggage storage.

small shoebox brick wall
the staff was alright, i suppose. they pointed me to the coffee machine, so that's something.
oh, boy, where do i even begin? the 'small double room' was more like a shoebox. seriously, i've seen larger closets. and the 'view'? a lovely brick wall about two feet from the window. the whole thing reeked of disappointment.
