The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. i also appreciated the free coffee available. It was a nice touch. the location was convenient for exploring the city on foot. the hotel had a charming seville patio near the reception area.
The room was small and quite dark. There was barely enough space to walk around the bed. the furniture seemed old and not well kept. i found dust on the floor. the bathroom felt dated.

The front desk staff was friendly. My room had a balcony with views of the street and passersby. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were available (I really enjoyed it).

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. shampoo and shower gel came in a large bottle rather than small individual ones.
The air conditioning emitted a urine smell, i suspect it needed cleaning or replacing. the temperature control did not work properly. It ran constantly instead of regulating the room temperature. i found cockroaches coming out from under the bathroom tiles.

The staff was super helpful and nice! The room was cute I think. The location was amazing, very close to many places. I walked to the Plaza de España I remember, the Cathedral too. Alcazar Palace easy. They have short walk to Las Setas also. I felt safe always, even late at night.
The parking service is close but, it cost extra.
