helpful desk spacious room
The front desk was VERY helpful. The location allows easy WALKING access to many attractions. It is a definite plus. The breakfast offered many choices. they kept replenishing the food. I particularly appreciated the spacious room.
The rooftop pool WAS completely dried up.

the staff was friendly, this met expectations.
I found the room quite dull. It wasn't the bright, spacious room i anticipated. the color scheme felt drab, and the room felt dark. it had what i needed, but i was disappointed, and it didn't match what i expected based on the website.

friendly staff rooftop patio
The staff were always friendly. I found the Premium Double Room Ground Floor spacious. The pool on the rooftop patio was GORGEOUS!!!
The shower water took a few minutes to warm up.

loud air conditioning poor cleaning
the reception staff were helpful , they assisted with directions.
the room i booked , a premium double room ground floor , was disappointing. the air conditioning made a constant loud noise , disrupting my sleep. also , i found several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival , which indicated poor cleaning.
