The room was beautifully decorated. The environment was quiet. The hotel gave me a welcome drink at check-in. This was a lovely treat, especially considering the weather.

the room included nespresso machine. i enjoyed the dental packs in my beautiful room. the hotel reception has pastries every afternoon .

mixed experience, some issues need addressing
small room strange smell
the location was acceptable, close to the main attractions.
the room i got, a beautiful room, felt smaller than expected. also, there was a strange smell that the reception didn't seem too concerned about. they cleaned the mugs daily, (that's fine i guess), but the glasses were not touched .

welcome drink central location useful kits rooftop pool
the welcome drink was a lovely touch. i appreciated the location near shops and the cathedral, it was easy to walk everywhere. the hotel provided dental and vanity kits, which i found useful. the rooftop plunge pool was refreshing, though i wish there were more sun loungers.
The street noise was noticeable in my room.

Excellent stay!
great choice attentive staff lovely drink warm atmosphere
The breakfast had so much choice and all was delicious. The staff were cute and very attentive to my needs. The welcome drink at check-in was a lovely treat (I felt very welcomed!). The decor of the hotel is beautiful and it felt warm.
The walls are a bit thin and I could sometimes hear noise from the street.

Our room had a window looking out onto an inner courtyard. The style was modern, with good air conditioning. A large walk-in shower was available.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights of the city. The hotel fully represented the feeling and culture of the area. This helped me.
