superb stay with great rooftop views!
spacious rooms modern design rooftop pool smooth stay
I loved the spaciousness of the rooms and their modern design. Everything was so clean. the fitness center impressed me. It has state-of-the-art equipment i like so much. i also really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The views were amazing. It's a great place to relax. the staff were helpful. They ensured a smooth and pleasant stay, which i always appreciate.
i noticed there wasn't any conditioner in the room. hopefully, they'll add it soon.

i found staff helpful and eager. a welcome cake celebrated my wife's birthday. monica, savo, matteo, nicola provided great hospitality. i appreciate the very nice staff and great guest attention.
the tram passing by was very loud. it affected audial comfort. i have also noticed noise from the hallway. i felt disturbance .

room shaking missing champagne
the gym's proximity to my room was a problem. i could hear weights slamming early each morning, so sleep was disturbed. a relocated bottle of champagne never looked..

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Exist
poor insulation unauthorized charges
The rooftop pool offered a nice space to relax after a day exploring.
I found the noise insulation lacking. I could hear hallway sounds clearly from my room. This disrupted my sleep on several occasions. The hotel charged my card without explicit authorization upon checkout for an incident. This feels very unprofessional and caused considerable distress.

the staff was cute i cannot fault that
the tram noise was so loud it really bothered me plus i found a shower over the bath very inconvenient water wasnt replenished either these things should be standard

modern equipment city views attentive service
The gym has modern equipment. I noticed there were three treadmills. I also saw several weight machines. The room included a Nespresso machine. It also featured complimentary capsules. The bathroom had two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower. The hotel has a rooftop terrace. I saw it featured city views. The pool area had about twenty loungers. I could see there was also a shaded section. Breakfast was great (especially the fresh pastries!). I enjoyed the variety. I also appreciated the attentive service from the staff.
The elevator was sometimes a bit slow. I noticed a slight wait during peak hours.
