The junior suite with a terrace was a highlight, i enjoyed having the extra space and fresh air. the gym, though simple, had sufficient facilities for a decent workout. the hotel's location, a short walk from the river, provided a quieter environment away from the city center. the bed felt very luxurious. The room was spacious too.
the hotel lacks a dedicated bar and restaurant for evening meals, limiting dining options within the premises.

the room was quite spacious and clean.
I found the bed quite creaky and uncomfortable. It was like two single beds pushed together with a noticeable gap. the air conditioning was also difficult to manage properly and i could not get it working right. it was a disappointing experience overall.

the staff seemed uninterested in helping resolve issues i encountered the air conditioning in my room was difficult to regulate so i had trouble sleeping also some stains was on the curtains and walls that cleaning staff didn't address even after i reported them i expected better for what i paid

I found the room service very convenient. The parking was directly under the hotel. It provided a secure spot. I also appreciated the staff. They showed us the place with a helpful map.
