the location was acceptable though a bit removed from the immediate city center.
The room was quite noisy. I heard disturbances until 2 am and alerting the front desk yielded no change. the soundproofing was inadequate. furthermore, the bar's and restaurant's service lacked friendliness. I found the staff indifferent.

The room was spacious with beautiful views and good bathrooms. It also had lovely windows with a mini seating area. the facilities impressed me, the pool was a good size and there were many beds and a shaded area. the building boasts a fantastic historical design. breakfast was excellent with a large choice of foods.

The staff were helpful and encouraged me with my basic spanish. service was mostly attentive. the staff looked friendly, helpful, and efficient. I appreciated the assistance, especially with directions, and i thought all seemed to be done in a timely manner.

The location was special. The hotel design was well executed and thoughtful (I especially liked the historic details). The beds offered great comfort.
The pool closed quite early in the evening. This limited opportunities for a late swim after a day of exploring. I found the gym facilities to be somewhat limited, offering fewer options for a complete workout.

the hotel provided amazing views overlooking the fields. the courtyard patio offered excellent dining. the location allowed easy exploration of the area by foot. i enjoyed the lunch in the bar, especially the club sandwich.
I was not informed about the festival happening that day. Restaurants were closed. this made finding dinner difficult, though the receptionist was not very helpful.

The location of the hotel is quite fine. It is like living in a palace.
You have to use the unmanned public car park. The room seemed basic and I spotted mosquitoes sleeping on the walls. Most annoying was pool access. It closes at 7 PM when it gets cool enough to bear the steep trek downhill.
