The dinner was spot-on. Every dish was a delight and beautifully presented. The team was helpful and genuinely cute. They are a real credit to the place.
The so-called Superior room seemed dingy. The carpets were dirty throughout and needed a good deep clean. The room stank on arrival with the hosts leaving windows open.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the views from the hotel were acceptable.
The room felt outdated. the four poster bed looked like it came from ikea, not what i expected. breakfast was insufficient. It was less than described when i booked. the extra rules were also outrageous.
