amazing groundslovely staffhelpful service
the grounds felt amazing and offered an amazing recharge. the staff were so lovely upon arrival. it was nearly 32°c, and they got my little boy a fan and extension leads. anything we needed was no bother to them.
The bar area is narrow and small. It doesn't feel cosy.

we requested breakfast in the room and they were amazing!!! they returned with extras a few times. the girls serving breakfast deserve all the praise, what a credit to the hotel.

The estate includes a full golf course. It is amazing! i visited the spa for a luxurious seaweed bath, it was very excellent. the seaweed baths overlook the golf course.

the location was great. the restaurant was really great. the windows opened wide enough to let in the air. it was super clean and cozy.
the wifi did not work in our room. there was no phone in our room so when the tv didn't work, i had to walk outside to ask for help. it was very disappointing.

The grounds feature walkways. a golf course provides beautiful scenery. we received an upgrade to the honeymoon suite. This suite included a separate sitting room. the staff provided very friendly and efficient service.
The bathrooms lack mobile shower heads, showering was awkward. there were overhead rain showerheads above the bath and fixed mixer taps below. bathrooms was a bit dated.

the front desk staff provided excellent service and helped with our room issues. housekeepers were very friendly and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the waiters were immaculate and quite professional.

The hotel sits in a quiet area next to a golf course. This provides a calm atmosphere. the general ambiance in the bar and restaurant was beautiful with natural light. the area was peaceful, and i slept well.
