stocked minibar effective blackout curtains restful sleep complimentary chocolates
My double room was super clean upon arrival, a GREAT start to the stay. The minibar was stocked with a selection of refreshments, appreciated after a long journey. I found the blackout curtains effective, aiding a restful sleep. The complimentary chocolates were a sweet touch.
I noticed a slight delay when I requested extra towels. this was quickly resolved with a sincere apology.

a romantic hideaway
warm welcome restful stay
Check-in proceeded smoothly with a warm welcome, setting a comforting tone. The super clean room featured excellent amenities. the restaurant provided a satisfying experience, with a selection of dishes and good wines, i must say! it was easy to recommend a visit, certainly.
I disliked the car park location. It was some distance away. signage directing to the hotel was hard to find. I was disoriented.

smooth process helpful staff easy exploration
the check-in process was smooth and efficient, i quickly got to my room after arriving. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i liked the location, it allowed easy exploration of the city center.
the elevator required the room key for access and that was slightly inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!
amazing shower comfortable bed accommodating staff early check-in
The bathroom was AMAZING!!! The shower was very nice!!! I found the bed comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The staff was accommodating. They allowed me to check into my room early after a very long travel day, which I definitely appreciated.
The lift to the room requires a key card, which I initially found slightly inconvenient until I got used to it.

The on-site restaurant offers delicious starters. The July special included a tasting of almost all items from the starter menu. I sampled a few options and can confirm they were delicious!!! Breakfast had diverse choices, including a full Irish, sweet pancakes, eggs Benedict and avocado toast.

the breakfast location of the hotel in the city pleased me
the triple room i got was too small the showers were awkward to turn on and the hallways needed new carpets the room felt outdated i had to wait for the room the family was checked into the same room too
