The room i got was very dark (it had a small window). also, the cleaning service wasn't great. They clearly missed a few spots. the hotel feels outdated overall, especially noticeable considering the price. it also lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge. this all felt disappointing.

My spacious room overlooked Eyre Square. The location IS unbeatable, putting me right in the center of everything. Breakfast was very good (I especially liked the fresh fruit).
The floorboards in the corridor were a little squeaky.

I found the hotel to have a really great location near the main areas. the staff provided a free breakfast voucher. This was a pleasant surprise. all clean, and the staff tried to help everyone.

the location was excellent. it is close to the coach station. the breakfast was really good. it had everything i needed.
the bathroom door didn't close properly. the room was very small, especially the bathroom.
