the hotel's location allowed effortless exploration of the gothic quarter. the room offered a super clean environment with daily towel changes. staff ensured i had cava and chocolates upon arrival it was a good surprise after a long trip.
I found the initial water provision scarce. A bottle daily would enhance the experience.

my room had a broken WINDOW that i could not properly close. this RESULTED in constant street noise all night LONG. i FOUND the hotel staff were cold and UNHELPFUL whenever i raised the issueS.

our room was the best part of the stay i booked the room with a huge terrace and private pool i would book again just for that the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of cava i found that quite charming.
the shower did not work when i reported it staff said it did but they did not show us how it worked i asked four times and the manager did not contact me as requested.

the hotel has an amazing location near shopping restaurants and beautiful cathedrals i walked less than fifteen minutes to the zoo aquarium and the beach this was perfect for travelling with young children
