I had such a blast at this place! i got upgraded to a premium double or twin room. What a total score. it had a cool balcony overlooking everything, awesome. the hotel has a great vibe, it's super central, and popping over to places was never a hassle..
The ice machine on my floor was out of order.

I appreciate the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They surprised me with a tray of fruit and wine upon noticing birthday cards in my room. I also received complimentary bottled water and chocolates upon arrival. I am grateful for the attentive service.

The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and fruits! it was a lovely gesture. Ms. Petronela assisted me efficiently with every need. The location provided convenient access to shops and transport links, it made getting around so easy.
The shower's water in the sink was not draining properly.

Location was excellent for seeing things. I used a taxi once. Our family room was spacious and the boys enjoyed bunk beds. Amenities had high-end quality and the decor was great.
I couldn't find washcloths in the bathroom.
