the location was superb near buses and shops my room had a nice balcony it was clean warm and airy i found comfortable bathroom i also enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and balloons upon arrival

Check in was super quick. My room had a large wardrobe with tea and coffee facilities, even a fridge! The shower in my bathroom was excellent, excellent. The staff really greeted you with a smile and was helpful.
The walls felt a little thin.

The lobby café is just great and offers such convenient options. I enjoyed the limited menu. It really focuses on quality. The terrace café had a pedestrian menu but still nice.

The staff are very friendly, hospitable, and respectful. I greatly appreciated that they helped me find and book excellent restaurants! They also helped me book taxis when I needed them, very convenient.

i found the location quite central it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff was friendly they were always available to help with directions and recommendations. my room had a modern design i especially liked the spacious layout. the breakfast offered a good variety i appreciated the fresh options available each morning
the soundproofing in my room was not ideal i could sometimes hear noise from the hallway

the hotel is situated near major attractions it made sightseeing very convenient. public transport links are easily accessible so getting around the city was straightforward. the neighborhood felt safe at night which i valued as a solo traveler.

the hotel features a rooftop terrace it offered nice city views. there is a small pool guests can use for relaxation. the front desk operates twenty-four hours a day so assistance is always available.

the breakfast area is well-kept it provides a clean environment. coffee and tea are available all day in the lobby i found that very convenient. the selection included both continental and local dishes therefore offering something for everyone.

The location is fantastic near the beach and the Gothic Quarter. The room was clean modern and recently updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting us with directions and recommendations. Amy in the food area downstairs was fantastic. She looked after our gluten-free breakfast needs with a big smile.
The air conditioning was not working properly.

I found the location quite convenient. I could easily reach both the beach and the main city areas. the room had a pleasant view of the square and the pool. the staff was wonderful. Their service was commendable.
