Excellent City Center Stay

The hotel's location proved perfect for exploring the city center. The room was spacious and included nice kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable for a restful sleep. The bathroom featured a large shower. Staff stored our baggage both before and after our stay with great care.
The room lighting could have been improved for a brighter ambience. This did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

The staff was consistently attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed my queries with useful information. Breakfast service on the terrace was excellent. The team's dedication was evident throughout the hotel.

The rooftop area was a delight. breakfast on the terrace was really nice. April was especially helpful. the location near the cathedral was super convenient, too. the staff were so great.
The room felt a little dark, they could improve the lighting for sure. i also found the shower temperature inconsistent. It alternated between cold and hot. the air conditioning seemed temperamental too, and it got too cold at night.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues

The room was spacious and very clean, including a small kitchen area that was quite useful.
I was disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It had great views but lacked sufficient shade was good. The layout did not seem well-thought-out for maximizing relaxation or enjoyment of the space. The shower door was also obstructed by a towel rail, and there was sellotape on the wall above the bed.. small details that detracted from the experience.
