mediocre stay with some hiccups

convenient locationnoisy air conditioningunexpected charges
the location was alright, and i could walk to some places (that's about the only good thing i can say).
i had some real issues. the air conditioning unit was so loud it was unusable. the noise and lack of proper cooling made sleeping a challenge. also, after checkout, i noticed unexpected credit card charges. (i thought all charges were settled at the front desk).

lovely getaway close to the wharf

great locationtop priorityupdated feelgame area
I stayed three nights with my family. it was so nice to easily walk to many attractions. Everything felt very close! security was really attentive and i always felt completely safe and secure. I appreciated this a lot. the hotel felt very clean and modern. It added to the experience. my kids loved the game area a lot!
The street-facing room was a little noisy at times. The soundproofing wasn't perfect though, it didn't bother me too much.
Rooms
9/10
The room had a king-size bed, a large tv, and a seating area. It really felt spacious. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed was neatly made. I loved it. the climate control worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.
Location

The hotel is near pier 39, and lombard street is also close by. several good cafes are nearby. This made mornings simple. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.
Dining
8/10
Complimentary coffee is available in the morning. It's very convenient for a quick start. several restaurants are within walking distance, providing plenty of choices for meals. the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant for lunch or dinner, so it is something to consider.
