i was initially excited about my stay. i specifically chose this place for its advertised amenities. however, the promised executive lounge access was a letdown (it was underwhelming). the selection was limited. furthermore, the room's temperature control seemed off. it was either too hot or too cold.

I especially appreciated the swimming pool. It was a good size and very clean. I also found the gym had everything I needed for a good workout. I found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. I am grateful for a great experience.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable, more than met my needs. i found the staff helpful and friendly, offering assistance promptly. i also enjoyed the fantastic pool area. It provided a refreshing escape. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed.

i found a lot of homeless people around the hotel, a bit concerning. the distance to some tourist attractions also required more planning. this aspect affected my overall convenience.

the hotel benefits from being well-located for attending events at the moscone center. access to shopping and other amenities is straightforward. the proximity allows for easy exploration of the immediate area, which i did often, but its distance from tourist spots require planning.
