Acceptable Castle Stay

polite staff christmas decoration delicious dinner limited choice breakfast location noisy floorboards
The food during dinner was delicious. Staff members were helpful and polite. The castle was decorated for Christmas..
The continental choice at breakfast was limited. It was not easy to find the breakfast area in the morning. Floorboards caused noise issues when neighbors were active.

A Stay with Minor Issues

comfortable room helpful staff delicious food dated room tired room dusty floor
My room was quite comfortable and characterful. This. The food was delicious.. The staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed in a courtyard room and expected idyllic country castle style. The room felt worn and tired. My room seemed dated with dust all over the bathroom floor and around the edges.

amazing stay in a real castle!

attentive staff gorgeous venue comfortable beds delicious breakfast
i was really happy with that! the staff were very attentive and cheerful, so . the venue itself is lovely, and i enjoyed exploring all the little rooms. the room was gorgeous, in keeping with the castle theme, and the beds were the most comfortable i've ever slept in! breakfast was also delicious. I will be back soon.
the lightning on the staircase leading up to our designated room made this very unsafe! it was very dark, unfamiliar and carrying a suitcase was difficult.
