touchscreen controlscomfy bedquiet areaambiguous situation
My room had touchscreen controls for lights and door service. Made things simple. A comfy bed and sitting area with a table added to the room. The hotel is near the Royal Mile and Victoria Street. I enjoyed the lively bar and quiet sitting areas.
I found the parking situation a bit ambiguous, I think it needs to be clearer.

amazing packagestyled spacecastle view
the staff delivered an amazing arrival package to celebrate my son's high school graduation. the dressing area and vanity space were very handy and beautifully styled. the roof top terrace offers a lovely view of the castle, a pleasant spot for reading.
the bar was quite expensive compared to others in town, disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful and detailed. Our Chamber King Balcony room was spacious. It also included all things we needed. Breakfast included a buffet and freshly prepared dishes. I also liked the on-site restaurants. The bar was beautiful too. It was good for enjoying a cocktail. The staff are very kind and helpful. They also.
The room felt cold. A strong window draught made curtains blow. Assistance was promised, but nobody came. Nightclubs are nearby, so it was very noisy.
