The location is stellar. My room offered a lovely courtyard view ensuring a supremely quiet atmosphere. I found the provided kettle, tea, and coffee in the room very useful.

I found the breakfast buffet extensive with options for both continental and traditional tastes. the room size was so good, it had a modern bathroom. the central location proved useful. Restaurants and the arena were easily accessible. affiliated car parking was easy to find and use, a plus.
Drawer space was lacking in the room. We had to manage luggage storage.

a self service breakfast buffet offered ample choice between continental and english breakfast options. sadly the only option that was missing was hot chocolate, otherwise it was a very complete offer. i rate it very highly.

The location allows easy walks from the train station and to the bus station. It was a godsend. Breakfast included a good variety of food. It started my days beautifully. Staff members were always friendly and helpful, a total blessing. I also appreciated the personal note in my room. It celebrated my anniversary.

Rooms were very clean and offered a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The room i stayed in included TWO double beds. It offered a luxurious and restful experience.

The location was excellent. It was easy to get to restaurants.
I was disappointed with our room. It was dirty, and I felt uncomfortable. Thick dust covered the vent above the window. The tap had black mould and grime. I had to clean it myself. The towel rail in the bathroom was also hanging off!
