superb stay
balcony viewtuk-tuk service
the room had a balcony, and i liked it (especially the view!). the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the main road was great. i stayed for five nights.

The staff provided tuk-tuk rides to the main road. That was acceptable.
I found the air conditioning very loud. It made sleep difficult. despite switching rooms, the noise persisted, and it was an old hotel with old design. I couldn't get comfortable.

i found the location very useful. benjakitti park is a short walk and offers a peaceful escape. spacious balconies, it offered a spot to watch sunsets. staff members were friendly and the housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, always welcome.
i was not informed prior to arrival.

hotel staff are very helpful. the tuk-tuk service is frequent and readily available, i found it very convenient. it provided easy access to the main road and nearby bts station,.

the hotel has a well equipped kitchenette with a useful washing machine. a dryer is also available and it worked very fast. the lobby had free drinks including coffee, tea, and iced water, which came very handy.

the rooms had good storage space and a separate toilet. rooms also included one full bathroom. water pressure in the shower was consistent. air conditioning worked great, appreciated after returning from outdoors.

loud air conditioninglimited breakfast
I found some issues . the air conditioning in the room was very loud, it was hard to ignore. despite me telling people about this issue, nothing really changed. breakfast was mostly the same every day. More variety would have been nice.
