amazing experience downtown!
ideal locationfriendly staffdecent breakfast
I loved the location. Tour buses and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop right outside. it was a short walk to all the main attractions. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick. breakfast had a decent variety. If you need to leave before 7 am, they offer croissants and coffee (a nice gesture!).
the room felt a bit small, especially after staying in other hotels around iceland.

the room includes effective blackout curtains, which are a must during summer. i found the room to be modern and very clean. it also offered adequate space for luggage and personal items.

The front desk staff were always ready to provide information and directions. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. i really liked the quick and efficient check-in process. It made settling in easy.

the breakfast buffet includes options for everyone, including vegetarians (which is great!). the hotel bar and restaurant are quite good (i loved the cocktails!). the location is ideal, close to bus stop no. 9 and many good restaurants.

the location was great (i walked everywhere i wanted to go). i also appreciated that bus stop 9 was right outside. it made tours easy to access.
the room i had was small. the lighting was also poor. i had trouble seeing things in the closet (it was too dark in there).

I definitely liked the central location with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Bus Stop 9 is just outside the door for convenient airport transfers and tour pickups, I found it useful. The staff displayed amazing friendliness and the hotel included a great breakfast!
I had some minor issues with limited parking space for cars.

The hotel offers luggage storage after check-out. Tour buses pick up clients right outside the hotel, I found it convenient. There is also a small, free parking lot behind the building, so I did not have to pay for parking.

The reception operates 24 hours with excellent service. The staff were very helpful. They provided crossiant and coffee for my 4 am check out! Eduardo, at reception, was also accommodating.

The location is indeed convenient! Bus stop number nine is just outside the front door, super helpful. Most local tours have pickup there. The staff at the front desk was helpful with my questions.
The room had a very slight issue with lighting, it was a little poor.
