the room i had was really showing its age! the kettle and the tray were not clean. there was still water inside from who knows how long ago and the teaspoons seemed like they hadn't been washed properly. it's disappointing to see that some areas need more attention.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

friendly staffcomfortable roomexcellent service
The staff were very friendly. I especially appreciated Lorraine, who was there from check-in to check-out! The bar staff were also fantastic. I also enjoyed the massive family room. It was clean and very comfortable with all needs met.
The breakfast buffet was somewhat wanting. there are good places in town for breakfast.
Dining

The breakfast was fabulous, especially the black pudding, I enjoyed that a lot! Everything was cooked to perfection, and the portions were large. I would eat there again! The onsite restaurant provides great options.
