Cozy and Clean with Great Parking
free parking friendly staff clean room
I liked that this hotel had easy, free parking. A cafe and bakery was about 800 meters away. I enjoyed walking there for breakfast. The staff members were very friendly. They contributed to a positive experience.

cute people needed amenities top notch bedding
I found the front desk people cute, a real charm. My room had all the amenities I needed during my entire stay. The bedding felt top notch, what a treat after a long trip.
I noticed very poor noise-isolation . Every morning, I woke up because staff hoovered the hallways early.

The staff were friendly and made simple accommodations for my needs. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The staff were happy to store my bags because I arrived early. They really accommodated me.

The room was super clean and had conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Most hotels don't have it. This hotel does. I also found the bedding to be top notch, so comfortable.

The hotel sat pretty close but not too close to downtown. Tour buses pick up and drop-off right outside this hotel. Parking was easy because it was right outside the front.

this hotel provided complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. free tea and coffee in the bar area all day! i loved that the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff proved friendly and accommodating during my entire stay. i appreciated the free parking , a valuable amenity considering its proximity to the city center. breakfast had a lot of variety. icelandic touches like fish oil and skyr , so cool!

free tea and coffee were available throughout the day , near the bar area. free parking was a great convenience , so i had no trouble with my rental car. tour buses provided immediate pickup and drop-off services directly outside the hotel.

the hotel is located within walking distance of the main shopping area , perfect for exploring. a grocery store is conveniently located around the corner , a big plus. many key attractions and restaurants are only one to three kilometers away.

the room was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities , convenient. i found complimentary toiletries provided , with shampoo and body lotion. black out curtains were installed in the room , really handy with long daylight hours.

the staff were helpful , knowledgeable , and friendly throughout my visit. check-in and check-out were both quick and easy , easy. they also stored my bags when i arrived early , awesome.

central location stuffy room
The location wasn't as central as I had hoped. A bit of a walk was needed to reach the main attractions. It wasn't too bad. The room felt a little cramped for the price. No air conditioning made it stuffy. Opening the window didn't help much.
