the room service was clean and efficient. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the shuttle the hotel offered to the main road (it helped a lot).
i found there were a lot of bugs in the bath and shower. the walls seemed thin, i could hear noise from the next room. breakfast felt limited, catering mainly to chinese tastes (this was a bit disappointing).

I wasn't impressed that housekeeping didn't replace the toiletries daily. I had to call down a couple of times. also, the noise from the street was louder than i anticipated. i could hear traffic pretty clearly even on a higher floor. the gym was small, it lacked a variety of equipment. Only having a few cardio machines and limited weights was disappointing. i wish there was more attention to detail in maintaining the facilities.
